Due to the demand of a smaller cracker, The Nut Machine Company has manufactured a small 220V portable cracker called the “TABLE CRACKER”
The machine is extremely robust, built of mild steel and painted.
The Table/Sample Cracker does not have a built in sizer such as our other machines, for that reason the nuts should be pre-sized (sorted) with the sizing tray before placing the nuts into the inlet chute.
The rollers can not be adjusted.
The machine is used for sample cracking in a Laboratory, or for small scale cracking. Pre-sizing needs to be done by hand with the Pre-sizing trays before the cracking process can begin.
The Cracker comes with two Pre-sizer trays and are available in sizes ranging from 14mm to 26mm.
The most common used sizing trays are the 22mm and 24mm and are included with each purchase.
If you have a preference, please specify your desired tray sizes in advance.
The machine is extremely robust, and works with a roller system which is adjustable.
The cracker is placed on table and is used as a “sample cracker” or for smaller scale cracking.
A picking crate, bag or bucket is placed under the cracker for collection purposes.
The cracker ideally cracks at a moisture content of less than 3%.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO FOREIGN OBJECTS BETWEEN THE NUTS.
