Mini MacCracker’s

The Mini MacCracker’s (BABY MACMARTINS) was manufactured specifically as a cracker to assist the MACMARTINS to crack Macadamias smaller than 14mm (non cracks).
The Mini MacCracker’s (BABY MACMARTIN) is capable of cracking +/- 500kgs per hour, thus making it an ideal cracker for a smaller factory.
Depending on the variety of macadamia that needs to be cracked and speed of VSD.
The cracker is designed to have minimum maintenance requirements and is manufactured of heavy-duty powder coated mild steel.
All chutes and feeder pans are made of 2mm stainless steel (304).
All moving parts and vibrator feeder are fully enclosed within a stainless-steel enclosure.
The Cracker is equipped with a built-in sizer and is covered with “Lexan” sheeting.
The sheeting is easily removed for cleaning.
The Sizer and vibrator pan is fully adjustable by means of variable speed drives.

Built-in Sizer
The built-in sizer is very versatile if you adjust both sides to the smallest it can crack small side 12mm and large side 16mm.
But when it is adjusted to the maximum, the smallest it can crack
small side 13mm and large side 32mm.

Adjusting the sizer is very simple by just adjusting setting bolts for the sizer.

We recommend sizer size of 13mm to 28mm.

If smaller or bigger sizer is required, please advise beforehand and sizer can be manufactured to customer requirements.

Dryness of Nuts
Recommended moisture content for cracking is less than 3%.
