Table / Sample Cracker

The TABLE / SAMPLE CRACKER is a compact 220V portable cracker developed to meet the demand for a smaller cracking solution.

It is ideally suited for laboratory sample cracking and small-scale processing applications.

Machine Design & Construction

  • Compact and portable 220V unit
  • Designed for laboratory and small batch environments
  • Operates with an adjustable roller cracking system
  • Collection crate, bag, or bucket can be positioned below the outlet
  • Rollers adjustment space 14mm – 34mm
  • Trolley available for purchase on request ,The trolley are L 1000mm x W 600mm x H 690mm and consist out of a mild steel, powder coated body with a stainless steel top.

Pre-Sizing System

  • Pre-sizing must be done manually before cracking can begin
  • Supplied with two pre-sizing trays
  • Tray sizes available from 14mm to 32mm
  • Standard supplied sizes: 22mm and 24mm
  • Alternative tray sizes must be specified in advance
  • Trays are manufactured from stainless steel and fit securely into the inlet chute

Operating Requirements

  • Ideal cracking moisture content: 5% or less
  • Ensure no foreign objects are present between nuts before cracking
  • Debris or foreign materials may affect performance or cause damage

  • Ideal for small-scale processing and quality control testing
