Robust Construction – manufactured from mild-steel and powder coated.
Low Maintenance Design – by removing all wear parts such as springs, bushes, rods, and rockers, replacing them with ROSTA tensioners.
Easy Operation – using the guide plates and tensioners numbers to easily adjust. Sorting during the dehusking process is done using two chutes: an outlet chute and a husk chute.
Versatile Operation – depending on the variety of nuts being de-husked, these tensioners can be quickly and easily adjusted simply by loosening a bolt and adjusting the tensioner with the guide plate number 1 – 6 and tensioners marked A-H.
The hardness of the husk will determine the settings of the tensioners. Furthermore, when smaller nuts are husked, the chains can be adjusted closer to the rolls by simply adjusting the tensioners.
Efficient Drive System – the feed rolls are driven by an geared motor.
Performance – capacity of approximately 1 ton per hour, subject to the quality, dryness of husk’s, variety of macadamia nuts and feeding option used.
