The Mini-MacCracker (Baby MacMartin) was developed to complement the MacMartin range, specifically for cracking macadamia nuts smaller than 14 mm, including non-cracks. It offers an efficient and reliable solution for processing smaller nut sizes.
Throughput Capacity
With a processing capacity of approximately 500 kg per hour, the Mini-MacCracker is ideal for small to medium-scale processing plants.

The machine is manufactured from heavy-duty, powder-coated mild steel, ensuring durability, reliability, and low maintenance requirements in demanding operating environments.
Stainless Steel Components
All chutes and feeder pans are constructed from 2 mm stainless steel (304). For safety and hygiene, all moving parts and the vibrator feeder are fully enclosed within a stainless-steel enclosure.
Adjustable Sizer System
The built-in sizer and vibrator pan are fully adjustable via variable speed drives, allowing accurate control over nut sizing and cracking performance.
- Minimum setting: cracks nuts from 12 mm to 16 mm
- Maximum setting: cracks nuts from 13 mm up to 32 mm
Customization
The built-in sizer can be customized to suit individual customer requirements and processing needs.
Recommended Operating Range
For optimal performance, a sizer range of 13 mm to 28 mm is recommended.
Moisture Requirements
Best cracking results are achieved at a nut moisture content below 3%, with 1.5% being ideal.
