The Nut Machine Company (Pty) Ltd designed and manufactured the MACPORTAS, a compact 220V portable nut cracker.

Robust Construction – the MACPORTAS is built from mild steel with a durable powder-coated finish, ensuring long-lasting use in farm conditions.

Low Maintenance – with minimal moving parts, the machine requires only routine cleaning for reliable operation.

Easy Operation – the fixed built-in sizer eliminates pre-sizing. Simply connect to a 220V power supply and feed nuts through the inlet chute.

Versatile Operation – the standard sizer handles nuts from 16 mm to 28 mm, with custom options available.

The machine splits into three sections for easy transport.

Efficient Drive – a dependable 220V electric drive provides smooth, consistent power to the rollers.

Performance – delivers effective and uniform cracking when processing clean, de-husked nuts with moisture content below 3%.

*Pre-Check and clean all machinery and conveyors before use and at regular intervals and ensure regular maintenance.

*No machines are guaranteed if foreign particles are processed with the nuts i.e., stones, sticks, bolts, nuts etc. (It remains the customers responsibility to make sure the nuts are clean)
