The Nut Machine Company (PTY) LTD has developed a new, affordable 4-lane DEHUSKER designed for the medium-scale farmer, offering efficient and reliable nut dehusking with minimal maintenance.

 

Machine Design & Construction

  • Designed for medium-scale nut production
  • Eliminates traditional wear parts such as springs, bushes, rods, and rockers
  • Replaced with durable ROSTA tensioners for long-lasting performance
  • Rolls driven by a 1.5 kW geared motor
  • All rolls are case-hardened for extended durability

Operating Features

  • Tensioners can be quickly and easily adjusted depending on the variety of nut being dehusked
  • Chains can be moved closer to the rolls when processing smaller nuts by simply adjusting the tensioners
  • User-friendly adjustment allows for efficient operation and minimal downtime
